A Merry Heart - Proverbs 15:13: Just to share to all of the people in the whole wide world that there is always a benefit out of a truly merry heart. It might be a big question and boggling puzzle how to be merry when there are so many worries and fears in this world. Well, it really needs to be part of your daily system. As commented by Henry Matthew: Harmless mirth is recommended to us, as that which contributes to the health of the body, making men lively and fit for business  making the face to shine and rendering us pleasant one to another.

A cheerful spirit under the government of wisdom and grace, is a great ornament to religion, puts a further lustre upon the beauty of holiness, and makes men the more capable of doing good. Hurtful melancholy is what we are cautioned against, as a great enemy to us, when it has dominion and plays the tyrant. The spirit is broken and becomes unfit for the service of God.
